Historic, Artistic, Educational Santa Fe

The good news is, the fires are not close to Santa Fe and the air is still fresh and clean. It is getting warmer and we are in great need of rain, monsoon season usually begins in July and brings welcome relief and beautiful rainbows in the late afternoon.

A highlight of July is the Spanish Market and the Contemporary Spanish Market, both held the weekend of July 27-29. The streets around the Plaza fill with artist booths. On the Plaza the up and coming young artists of the future are featured. Santa Fe is famous for the Annual Indian Market held this year August 18 -19. Santa Fe Indian Market.
Another popular event is the  3 day 29th Annual Antique Ethnographic Art Show followed by the 3 day 34th Annual Antique Indian Art Show. These events are held August 9 to 14. Whitehawk Antique Shows. These events will inspire you and delight the historian, collector or art appreciator in you.
