And now Body has added another reason to take a walk from the Don Gaspar Inn! From November 7th through December 12th, Body is offering a recuring Meditation, Mindfulness, Silent Retreat. Beginning with an introduction to quieting down the mind, the retreat will intersperse silent meditation with gentle yoga movements. The retreats are offered on Saturday, November 7th and 21st, starting at noon. Admission is $45 for pre-registered attendees and $50 the day of the event. Body is located at 333 Cordova Road.
