Blue Lake Ranch - Iris Sale

We went up to Blue Lake Ranch a couple weeks ago...the 200 + acres are breathtaking...and make me thankful I don't have to walk that far every day! As David toured us through the meandering grounds...we were introduced to his Iris fields...not yet blooming - but ready with anticipation. The Don Gaspar Gardens offer a little glimpse of the "mother ship" so to speak of Blue Lake Ranch. But on June 13 and 14...the 16th Annual Iris and Bedding plant sale will be going on from 9 am to 3 pm at the Ridgewood Event Center adjacent to the Ranch. It is only 4 hours to BLR from Santa Fe...but it feels like another world. If you haven't been...you should definatley go.
