Navajo chefs Kiowa and Dine will share their culinary knowledge of growing, storing, and preparing their foods. In addition to participating in the preparation of the meal, participants will learn the uses and benefits of local herbs from an ethno botanist and Southwest herb specialist, and enjoy the feast while listening to native inspiring Native music and storytelling.
